For Sunday 28 June, a further increase in maximum temperatures is forecast, with values approaching 40°C over the central plains.
Scattered, short-lived thunderstorms cannot be ruled out, more likely along the hills and mountains, particularly in the central-western sector, with possible associated impacts and damage.
